Damaged Products
- If the item you received is badly damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
- For partially damaged products, we will offer a partial refund or replacement, depending on the extent of the damage.
- Slight wrinkles, minor scratches, or cosmetic imperfections are not considered damaged.
Incorrect or Missing Products
- If the product you received is incorrect (wrong color, size, etc.), we will offer a full refund or replacement.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item are required to support your claim.
- Submit your claim within 48 hours of receiving the order, including:
- Photos of the damaged package and the product.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- If you cancel an order after processing has begun, 35% will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs incurred.
- Once items have shipped, we do not accept returns. However, for quality issues, you can request a return or reshipment within 48 hours of receiving the item. Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.
Order Delays
- We understand that delays can happen during transit, but we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by logistics providers.
- If your order is delayed for more than 40 days, you may be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
- We will assist you in tracking the shipment and request updates from the logistics provider but cannot guarantee delivery timelines.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays or damages caused by unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Epidemics, pandemics, or government restrictions.
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.).
- Strikes, wars, or international disputes.
In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you through email.
Non-Refundable Situations
Please note, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- The customer does not like the product or changed their mind.
- Incorrect address, unclaimed packages, or undeliverable addresses.
- The buyer ordered the wrong item or SKU.
- The product has cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect its functionality.
- Orders that are marked as delivered by the logistics provider but not received by the customer.
Shipping Fees and Customs Duties
- VAT and other taxes are generally included in the product price. However, some countries may charge additional VAT or customs fees upon delivery. If this occurs, our customer service team will contact you for further assistance.
- For remote areas or oversized items, additional shipping fees may apply. If this affects your order, our customer service team will notify you.
How to Return a Product
If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:

- If applicable, send us clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive the return address.
- Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
